Moroccan loveliness:: Teresita's 60th

For the longest time, I've been longing to do a fuchsia pink, deep orange color scheme for a party. And so I am thankful that Ms. January Maranan-Minglana threw this lovely lovely 60th birthday bash for her mom, Mrs Teresita Maranan.

So we did this Moroccan inspired, everywhere lovely patterns, gold lighted lanterns, DIY-Ed gold jars, deep pink roses, orange carnations and a little aqua here and there.

The mister made the stacked pillows with brush embroidery and topped with a jaw dropping lighted edible lantern. Sorry for blowing my own horn again. Sigh!

The table arrangements were even lovelier came dusk and when the tapered candles and lanterns were lighted.

Behind the scenes, Ace along with our staff preparing the backdrop, while I was arranging the flowers and doing an impromptu demo to the little ones who were so curious with what I was doing.

There you go. Loveliness. Crossed out from my bucket list.

Whimsical fairies:: Rainin's 7th

Months before, Rainin's lovely mom, Mae Dawn, already inquired how is it to get our services for Manila. I couldn't actually remember how our conversations went but somehow we agreed we were doing it. It passed my mind, in all honesty, that we were... So when she reminded me as October came, I was a little taken aback and trying to back out. Ha!Ha! If you only knew how crazy it is to have a party in Laoag, two mock up's for a wedding -one for an interior designer and a banker, the other from a political family, then rush to Manila for this.

But as luck wouldn't allow us to back out, we made ways to go. And I'm glad, we pushed through.

The birthday girl super happy and pretty in her Bloom costume.

Butterflies perched everywhere.

Huge butterflies fluttering above lovely blooms of fresh alstroemerias, lisianthus, carnations and roses.

The fairy tots were so cute, all of the kiddos were in their fairy wings and tutus!

Waiting in line for face art.

Sportastic Red White and Blue:: Brent Aiden's 1st

Don't you just feel patriotic and sporty at the same time with the red, white and blues? Teehee!

This has to be one of the craziest weekends we ever had. Three of our staff had to go to Manila ahead of us for the Whimsy fairy party tomorrow while we are left to do this Sportastic first for Brent Aiden. And as luck would have it, we had to do mock up's for two couples. I'd say the mock up's went really well because the brides couldn't help gushing and get excited about their big days. Yay!

Going back, we laid grass for the kiddie table, a few cones and basketball play-boards as placemats for every kiddo.

The sports ball balloons were so cute... golf, football, soccer and baseball!

Love on a stormy weather :: Daye + BJ

It's nice to be working on weddings again after some time. And of course, what better way to start the last quarter of the year than have some wedding loveliness.

We had an indoor vintage garden feel wedding for Daye and BJ's wedding. Tapered silver candles on our glass candelabras to illuminate the presidential tables cinched the romantic ambiance for the night. We totally forgot about the weather.

I remember a few months back, Daye, showed me a photo of close to charcoal food she was cooking and blames us for that. She says looking at our loveliness made her forget she was burning something. Yikes! And that she looks forward to the day we do her wedding. How time flies, we actually did hers just today. And we feel so honored we were one of her non negotiable for her wedding. Thank you Daye and BJ.
