High with your love:: Kristine + Ronald

I could not remember a time doing a wedding where I never had jitters. It may be grand crazy or intimate, that feeling of "will it come out lovely?" still consumes me. Like this loveliness for Kristine and Ronald, we knew we wanted a vertical garden on an almost see through wooden lattice. The challenge was to make sure it doesn't topple over them and that we used the least support possible so it looks sleek and clean. Oh and if you would know how strict the rules this hotel has, "building" anything is a challenge. It took the whole team of 14 to come up with that loveliness. Believe me, at times the simplest is the most difficult to do.

So we did just that loveliness for Kristine and Ronald. I'm giddy over the vertical garden we did. Loving its simplicity. Loving how classy simple it looks.

Dearest Kristine and Ronald, thank you for having us work on this celebration for you. From our team, our heartfelt congratulations.

It's A Small World:: Greye's 1st

My heart is overjoyed from the response we got from Greye's It's a Small World 1st birthday. I am actually lost for words from the letter we got from her lovely mom, Penny.

Dear Kit and Ace,

It was beyond a pleasure to collaborate with you these past several weeks to make the event as successful as it was. To say that you went above and beyond would be a vast understatement. I've heard nothing but positive feedback about the event and was absolutely thrilled with how stunning the spaces looked. Everyone had an absolutely fabulous time. A big part of the success of the evening is the extraordinary venue. It always gives me a thrill to hear people, as they walk into the Arabella Events Place, going "OOOooh!" and "Aaaah! Our guests were blown away by the elegance, historic significance, and educational benefit with our centerpieces decorations.

I would also like to thank your staff for being so helpful and quick assistance on the things that I was looking for. It has been a pleasure working with you on this and I look forward to working with you again.

GOB BLESS YOU ALL!!!

Jeff, Penny,JP & Greye A Yumul

In behalf of your Ava's Cakes and Events family, dear Penny, we thank you for having us work on Greye's loveliness. It was more our pleasure than yours. Kisses!

Opulent Garden:: Vannie + Jayson

I can not be more thankful how the team was able to pull through this loveliness. You can imagine boxes after boxes of peach, white and pink roses soaked wet that we had to check and remove spoiled petals flower per flower. I have three cuts in my fingers from the rose thorns. Yikes! And throw in those looming rain clouds. Oh my! My roses were reduced to buds and that's was just a red flag. Glad we had that magic pill to make it bloom just in time for the wedding. And the heavens must have felt our need to have that lovely dose of sunshine that after a week of incessant rains, Mr. Sun did smile brightly yesterday.

For Vannie and Jayson's loveliness, we had these gorgeous florals mixed with here and there touches of crystal, Mercury gold's and silvers. I must have kept my lovely stash of mercury candelabras for too long already that it felt like love at first sight "again".

Tutu's and ballet in the garden:: Nicole's 7th

We kinda brought out the ballerinas in a studio to a garden for Nicole's 7th. Lovely, lush florals for her backdrop. Her name with a hanging pair of ballerina slippers at the "O" for that oh! Definitely a different take for ballerina themed parties, yet, I'm loving every bit of it.
