That yellow umbrella at the right place at the right time. I'm smitten with Brian and Kae's How I Met Your Mother kind of wedding. We knew we needed that yellow umbrella, the blue trombone and a few pineapples - which until know I wonder why. Someone please enlighten, truth be told I don't watch HIMYM. I'm more of an OTWOL fan. Teehee! Zoning in, we did have those elements for Brian and Kae's.

Filipiniana:: April + Jeff

If there's a wedding look we love doing over and over again at the Sta. Monica Church in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte - that would be Filipiniana. It's so apt, with its bricks, log trusses, and capiz windows.

 

For April and Jeff's loveliness, we lined the church aisle with capiz lattices, cascading arrangements of white flowers, and candles in cylinders. The simplicity is breathtaking.

The entourage bouquets were lovely. April had a cascading bouquet of phalaenopsis, David Austin's, Ecuadorean's, Eryngium's, with the right greens. It looked like it was just combined, bundled... au naturelle. The flower girls arm candies had capiz balls adorned with succulents, cymbidiums and roses.

Hello Kitty :: Megan's 2nd

Totally smitten with Megan's Hello Kitty party we did over the weekend. We had bright pinks mixed with neon green, blue, red and orange - girly yet fun at the same time. Rolled pink rosettes, Japanese parasols, hello kitty dolls... Completed the vibe. Lovely would be an understatement.
