Dear Taya:: Hannah's baby shower

No words nor pictures can describe how Hannah's boho chic themed baby shower is. Lovely, believe me, is an understatement. The program was so meaningful I had to do happy tears. Dear Taya, baby, you are loved and your family can't wait to see you.

 

My heart is full for being back here at the Bay Area to do some loveliness. The design SOS from my dear friend Mavelle- Hannah's sister - to let us do this kept me excited for this trip. Having chic friends is such an advantage. Giddy from the start- choosing rental furnitures and linens, sourcing of more props, our flower shopping trip to the Floral Market... To sum it up, this was such a lovely experience.

Manuel + Lyra:: Silver Lovin'

I was slightly taken aback when I learned that the wedding they were planning was to celebrate their silver. Darn! The bride just doesn't look like another 25 years was added to her age since they got married. My thoughts kinda feel silly. Aside from good genes, being married to the one you love fill it with days of so much love and laughter that drowns whatever crazy setbacks a marriage would have, must be the key to looking youthful.

 

We did this loveliness playing with blush, lavender and purple hues. It kinda reminds me that summer is just around the corner and spring at the other side of the world- which both makes me giddy with excitement. My heart is doing cartwheels. I have a feeling I won't be able to get over the lovely florals of hyacinths, David Austin roses, fringed tulips, and lisianthuses we did for the couple and their children.

 

We did rows after row of sweet and classy tables for the dinner reception.

The ceremony was overlooking the Paoay lake. They had it under a gazebo with lush hydrangeas, lisianthuses, and cymbidiums.

Fairytale forest:: Alex's 1st

It tugs my heart how Lexie and Peter Foz made sure their little darling, Alex, will have a nice and lovely party for the books. They made us do a lovely fairytale forest. And while we were doing this, I realized that this would be how a forest would look like in the city. Chandeliers amidst vines, watercolor flowers, animals done in ink and pens. Teehee!
